Riara University is accessible by many means of transportation. For air travel, it may be most convenient to use Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, located less than half an hour’s drive from the University. The Wilson Airport is a short 15-minute drive away.
Driving to the University from the Nairobi City Centre will take you just under 20 minutes if you take Uhuru Highway and then turn onto Raila Odingo Road, formaly Mbagathi Road. Alternatively, you may take Haile Selassie Avenue, cross the Uhuru Highway at the roundabout, and then join Ngong Road, drive up to Kenyatta National Hospital and then take a left onto Raila Odingo Road, formaly Mbagathi Way to get to the University.
Public service vehicles #16 and #34 also serve the area, all available at their terminal at the city centre. Should you have any difficulty reaching the University or need help with airport pick up, call the University Dean of Students Office for assistance.
