ELSAT HUB – 21^st Century Soft Skills

The E-Learning Solutions Apprenticeship Training (ELSAT) program is a personal development training program. The course is known as the 21st Century Soft Skills — Smart Knacks for life since it facilitates the learner to acquire the necessary skills to successfully survive in the 21st century. The aim of this program is to equip young adults with soft skills to allow them to be all-rounded and fit in the workplace successfully. The program is targeted at young adults who are in the final year of their technical training in post-secondary tertiary institutions or those who have freshly graduated from these institutions. The program uses experiential learning techniques and the training is self-paced and done through an online platform that enables one to learn at a time and place that is most convenient for them.
