Ethics & Leadership in the face of Emerging Generations: The Gen Z & Millennials Shift.

Riara University is a private higher learning institution in Kenya, established under the Universities Act (2012). Our mission is to offer holistic education that empowers students to reach their full potential, guided by strong social and moral values to shape their actions throughout life.  
In line with our commitment to fostering ethical leadership and moral conduct, we have developed initiatives aimed at cultivating institutional systems and cultures that encourage ethical behavior, empathy, teamwork, leadership, and influence among all stakeholders.  
Through collaboration with the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission’s Education Department, we have introduced various programs, including training sessions, mentorship initiatives, seminars, and an Integrity Club at the University.  
As part of this ongoing effort, we will host a Public Lecture on Ethics & Leadership on 6th November 2024. This lecture will offer valuable insights into ethical leadership in business and workplace settings, benefiting our students, staff, and the wider community.
