Riara University at the Nairobi International Education Fair 2026

Riara University participated in the 1st National Career Conference and Exhibition 2026, Kenya’s inaugural flagship forum aimed at strengthening the link between education and the labour market. The three-day event was organized by the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service and was held from 27 to 29 January 2026 at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre, Nairobi.

The conference served as a comprehensive, one-stop platform for students, parents, and education stakeholders seeking guidance on higher education pathways and future career opportunities. Participants benefited from on-site KUCCPS clinics that provided application support and placement information for the 2026 cycle, alongside expert-led mentorship sessions and discussions on emerging career trends across various sectors.

Riara University was among over 100 participating institutions, including universities, TVET colleges, industry practitioners, and government agencies, that showcased their academic programmes and career development opportunities. Throughout the exhibition, the Riara University Marketing team actively engaged with parents, prospective students, and other interested stakeholders. The team provided detailed information on the University’s programmes, guided applicants through the application process, and addressed a wide range of academic and career-related inquiries.

Prospective students who engaged with the Riara University team included Form Four candidates, secondary school graduates, and individuals preparing to transition into higher education. Riara University’s participation reaffirmed its commitment to informed career guidance, student-centered engagement, and active collaboration with national education stakeholders to support learners in making well-informed academic and career decisions.
